Is there onsite parking?
Parking is free. On Friday Sept. 12 parking is at Old Bethpage Village Restoration, 1303 Round Swamp Road. On Saturday Sept, 13, and Sunday Sept. 15 parking is at RXR building located at 48S Service Road just off exit 48 on the Long Island Expressway. As you approach the fairgrounds please follow road signs, police and attendants directions. Free Shuttle buses run constantly all day to transport you to and from the off-site parking lots.
Where is handicap parking?
Handicap parking is at the Old Bethpage Village Restoration parking lot. There is tram service for seniors and handicapped people from the OBVR parking lot to the fairgrounds Exhibition Hall.
What types of foods can we purchase?
You can purchase all different types of foods. Hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled corn on the cob, giant turkey legs, fried Oreos, ice cream, cotton candy, candied apples and more
Are credit cards accepted
Yes credit cards are accepted for admission and at the food concessions. The Ferris wheel, peanut tent, games of skill, raffles and sales in the historic villages are all cash except for the Gift Shop. It's up to each of the craft show vendors whether they accept credit cards or not. There will be an ATM on the fairgrounds.
Can I bring my pet?
The only animals allowed at Old Bethpage Village (other than animals on exhibit) are service animals.
Is there a lot of walking?
There is a lot of walking around the Fair, not all walkways are paved. Wear comfortable shoes or sneakers.
I want to exhibit an item in the fair this year, how?
Exhibit entries are not accepted during the Fair. Join the email list to be notified when the 2026 competition opens or check this web site in the spring of 2026 for details about entering exhibits in the next fair.
Are there children's activities?
There are children's races and games of skills as well as corn husking contests, farmer for a day interactive exhibit,the Flying Horse Carousel and more.
