The Long Island Fair’s website is intended to supply our viewers with information about the Long Island Fair, its sponsor, The Agricultural Society of Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Inc.,. and it’s affiliate, The Agricultural Society Fund, Inc. The Agricultural Society of Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Inc. is a 501(c)(4) non-profit corporation, incorporated in the State of New York (the “Society”). The Society is the sponsor of the annual Long Island Fair. The Agricultural Society Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, incorporated in the State of New York (the “Fund”). The Fund solicits donations for the betterment of the Long Island Fair and the fairgrounds on which it is located. Donations are non-refundable. The Fund does not sell any product or service and accordingly the Fund has a no return or refund policy.

In general, when you visit our website and access information, you remain anonymous. We do not require you to register or provide personal information to us to view our site. There are occasions when we will ask for additional information such as your mailing address when requesting Premium Books or volunteering, or credit card information when donating to The Agricultural Society Fund, Inc.
