Please read the 2011 Premium Book closely as there ave been many changes since the 2010 Long Island Fair.
If you have never entered or have not entered in the last two years please send an email to lifair@lifair.org with “Premium Book” in the “Subject” line and your name and mailing address in the body of the text and a book will be mailed to you.
